We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. As timber is a natural product, variations in colour, grain, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing or stock errors.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Shipping

Shipping is available within New Zealand only. Dispatch times are outlined in our Shipping Policy and are estimates only.

Cancellations & Returns

Consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with NZ law. Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
