We take care to ensure all products are securely packaged before dispatch.
Damaged Items
We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a courier claim where applicable.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with New Zealand law.
