We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days.

  • Customised items: Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

  • Bespoke items: Orders will be shipped within the timeframe agreed with the client at the time of purchase.

Processing times are in addition to delivery times, which may vary depending on location and courier service.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
